We went out to dinner with them on Thursday, and invited them to come along to a winery tour that we were signed up for on Saturday. Max's wife got sick (bummer!), but he was still keen on doing a little exploring with us.
We went to the Patria winery and met up with about 70 other Americans to enjoy some wine and food. Not a bad way to spend a Saturday!
I didn't take too many pictures, because Amelia wanted me to hold her the whole time, but here are a couple.
After we toured the winery grounds and saw the wine barrels and other wine stuff, we went and had lunch. They poured at least 10 different wines for us to taste, each with different food to go along with it. Unfortunately for this non-meat eater, most of the food was living and breathing at some point in time, so I stuck with bread and the most amazing olive oil I've ever had. It was like butter.

I swear, Amelia is quite the little poser. I love how she tilts her head just so and cracks that perfect little smile/grin ... she's beautiful!
